Mike has over twenty years of public and private company executive leadership experience, including a decade and a half of talent acquisition and workforce solutions experience. He is a recognized industry innovator and customer advocate, with a proven track record of leading high performing teams in the delivery of the very best talent, thought leadership and customer service possible to many of the globe’s most recognized brands. Prior to Briefly, Mike was the CEO and Board Member of Geometric Results, Inc., a Bain Capital portfolio company. He began his career as a corporate and securities attorney, and is currently an active member of the Florida and Georgia Bar Associations. Mike attended the University of Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and his Juris Doctor with Honors from the UF College of Law.

Deb's career is distinguished by successfully leading four private equity exits and consistently enhancing EBITDA through strategic financial management and effective cross-functional collaboration. With a proven track record of partnering with teams, Deb lead initiatives that boost operational efficiency, optimize financial performance, and generate lasting value for stakeholders.

Kelley is a global business executive with over 20 years of experience building profitable sales and customer success organizations. She excels in looking beyond quotas to envision how client engagement and employee experience can benefit the business and bottom line. Prior to joining Briefly, Kelley was Chief Sales Officer for Forrester Research, where she led both the Global Sales and Customer Success teams in supporting business and technology leaders’ use of customer experience to accelerate growth. Kelley resides outside of Boston, MA. She graduated from Tufts University with a B.A. in Economics and earned her MBA at Boston University.

Mary brings over 12 years of experience across multiple industries in finance and business operations. She is driven by facilitating the vision and priorities of an organization and is passionate about building execution-based teams. Prior to the Briefly Chief of Staff role, Mary was a finance and business operations leader at Meta. Mary resides in Seattle, but is originally from Atlanta GA, so she will always be a Falcons fan. In her free time, Mary enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her family (which includes a very curious and fun spirited 2-year-old). Mary graduated with a dual BA in Finance and Accounting from Tuskegee University and earned her MBA at UNC Chapel Hill.

Charles possesses extensive management acumen, overseeing P&L responsibilities and orchestrating operational excellence across various sectors. He has spent the better half of the last decade managing a variety of portfolio companies based in California, ranging from hyper-growth fintech startups to established manufacturing companies, in both in-person and fully remote environments. Charles began his career as a practicing attorney in M&A and commercial law before transitioning to business roles, where he has established successful go-to-market strategies for startups, raised millions of dollars through multiple rounds of financing, and focused on revenue growth with a dedication on profitability and exit multiple. He is a licensed attorney in Canada and in California, holding his LL.M. from UCLA.

Steve Ratliff is a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience across diverse industries, including legal and professional services, insurance, call centers, staffing, automotive data, and energy/utilities. He brings a wealth of expertise to Briefly, specializing in process improvement, customer relationship management, cloud migration, and change management. With a proven track record of driving innovation and operational excellence, Steve is committed to enhancing organizational performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. His mission is to deliver solutions that stick, measure what matters, and raise the bar for IT performance and value in the legal industry.

Jesse is an experienced M&A professional with a background in various service sectors, including Advertising, Financial Services, and Legal Services. Throughout his career, he has focused on creating value through M&A activities. Before joining Briefly, Jesse worked as an M&A professional for AlpineX Group, a private equity-backed aggregator of professional services. Currently residing in New York City, Jesse holds a B.S. in Finance from Rutgers University.
